Can I use the Certificate Module to design my own certificates for my Continuing Education Training?

0 votes
We do continuing education classes. Our certificate is designed using Word and we do mail-merge to import first name and last name of participants. It is cumbersome and error-prone to say the least.

We need a system where we can create our certificates for CEU and be able to import attendee data automatically. We also need a way to store data in a central location so we don't lose them as we often do right now. It would also be a help a lot if the system can email the certificates automatically in a click of a button.

Can your software do all of these for us?

The Certificate and Distribution Module can definitely assist you in that!

The module was created to allow the customization of certificate. If you are familiar with HTML, you can use that to further customize to your design. You can include attendee data parameters such as $FirstName, $LastName, etc - and also include event specific data parameters such as $EventName, $TimeIn, $TimeOut, $PointsEarned, etc. In the design of the certificate, you can include one or more of your classes or events per certificate.

The Certificate and Distribution module provides the ability to distribute the certificate to each attendee via Email or the Attendee Portal. In order to do that, you will need to Review and Approve the certificate you created - just matter of a few clicks and they are on their way.

Please refer to the software documentation for more details.
