Events are showing up on the mobile app but not online when on i-attend. What is causing this?

We had a few test events created for those learning to scan. I went on online and deleted them and they are off the calendar. However, on the mobile site some are still listed as current and upcoming events, but not all of them. I refreshed, I logged in under a different admin account and still no luck. Any ideas on what I'm not doing right?

Good morning!

You need to resync your device (mobile app) to get the most updated data. Or you can also Reset the Application which will erase everything including attendance data.

To Resync: From the homepage of the app, tap the rotating arrows top right. Enter your credentials and sync attendees and events.

To Reset: Proceed to the Settings of the app and tap on Reset Application. Please ensure that all attendance data has been synced up prior to resetting.
